To mean, the term hermaphrodite means someone who has both male and female genitalea. However, I don't know the exact definition or the actual biology of a hermaphrodite. To me, transsexual means someone who is either male or female but feels that they are the opposite gender. Sometimes, transsexuals may have surgery in order to fit that alternate identifier. However, I'm not totally clear on either definitions as most people my age only hear about these conditions through media.
